For day 58 of Eric Vs. 365 we played Monster Energy Supercross 2 - the sequel to a game we said was the best SX game yet but a "famous" YouTuber said was one of the worst games of 2018. Funny how dumb and wrong people can be yet still have millions of subscribers. By "Funny" I really meant "Frustrating". Read on for more info on Monster Energy Supercross 2.

I like both games a lot and really genuinely do think they are the best indoor supercross games yet. MX Unleashed is still my overall dirt bike racing favorite, but for supercross racing you can't do better than Monster Energy Supercross 1 and 2.
Which is why it was so stunning to me that someone would say the first game was one of the worst games they played that year. It was even more stunning when their justification for that claim was the fact they they played the game WRONG ON PURPOSE to make it look funny and then complained that the physics were bad and it was impossible to play. That is just straight up irresponsible and unprofessional and deceitful. If it was anything other than a throwaway niche game like a freaking supercross game I imagine more people would have been upset about it. But it's a game few people really care about, so said YouTuber got away with it.
Sorry I used this video as mostly a vessel for a rant, but I've had that bottled up for a long time. I do tell some other fun stories, though, such as why Jeremy McGrath is the GOAT instead of Ricky Carmichael or a slightly embarrassing story about getting Jeremy McGrath's autograph. Give it a watch. It isn't all just complaining about another dumb YouTuber man, I promise.
