Borderlands 2 is a weird franchise for me. I hated the first game. Loved the second game. Was indifferent towards The Pre-Sequel. And haven't played Borderlands 3 because screw Randy Pitchford, that's why. The important part, though, is that I loved Borderlands 2, which is today's game for Eric Vs. 365. I played so much Borderlands 2 back in the day. I played through it multiple times on Xbox 360 and loved pretty much every second of it. When the Handsome Collection came out on Xbox One I played through it again, but I have to admit that I had pretty much had my fill by then. Of course, now it has been years since I really played it seriously, so I could probably jump back in and love it all over again.
The thing is, though, that I have only every played this franchise (or Destiny ... or The Division ... or anything else) solo. Never co-op. I never had friends who 1. wanted to play or, 2. were ever available to play. So I always played solo. It's still super fun. It's still definitely doable. In fact, all of these schlooter games are perfectly playable solo outside of raids and stuff that have the difficulty cranked up to force you to do co-op. I don't regret a second of playing solo. Would it be more fun in co-op? Probably. But whatever.
In this video I derp around and kill some crap but can't remember how to do anything since it's been years. The real point of the video is when I remember "Oh, hey. Mad Moxxi exists" so we then go harass her for the last few minutes of the vid. Damn she's so hot. I know, I know, she's a creepy clown hooker or something, and she's way older than she seems, but man she's hot. She's hilarious, too, and Brina Palencia's voice is perfect.
